With True Value merging with Do It Best, many of our prospective customers are concerned about moving their True Value SKUs over to Do It Best. Here at DBMS Inc., we can provide inventory conversions quickly and efficiently through our cross-index process for those who wish to convert to Do It Best. The KEY-POS system supports multiple vendors for the same item, allowing our customers to have both distributors at the same time during the transition to Do It Best. This allows for orders out of both distributors’ warehouses.
We also still support our existing True Value customers through the use of TrueStart2 and Filezilla FTP. While True Value may have dropped support for TrueStart2, we can still use the TrueStart2 programs to import catalog files and invoices after they are downloaded with the Filezilla FTP client. Our universal export programs also allow KEY-POS to upload purchase orders during this transition period.
