True Value TruStart2 communications work with KEY-POS. Here at DBMS Inc., we are in the process of working with True Value to get full EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). However, purchase orders, invoices, price changes, and other catalog updates are currently available through TruStart2 until EDI is complete. KEY-POS allows our True Value dealers to pull from the True Value catalog exactly which fields they would like to update including but not limited to: description, price, cost, etc.
The KEY-POS catalog system keeps catalogs separate from inventory so that your inventory is not filled with products your store does not carry. This allows for faster inventory searching and a more manageable inventory system over all. You can then update and pull from the catalog any time you see fit to add new products or update old ones.
