Distribution Management System
Our Distribution Management System
includes Order/Inquiry Processing, Inventory Control,
Purchasing, A/P, A/R, G/L, Bidding, Timeclock systems and Office Automation. These
stand-alone modules are color capable, menu-driven with
table-driven control parameters, and may optionally be
integrated. DISTRIBUTION MANAGER includes lookup windows
for easy access to data items by entering part of a
name, description etc. Full file maintenance, inquiry,
processing, and reporting are included with complete
audit trails. The multi-division, multi-warehouse
Inventory module handles FIFO, LIFO, AVG or STD costing,
and cycle counting. Requisitions, discounts, and
flexible user formatting are a few of the many features
which round out this user-friendly software. The REPORTIX report generator is included.

PVF Distribution Manager
 The PVF DISTRIBUTION MANAGER application package
from DBMS Inc. is a special "flavor" of our
DISTRIBUTION MANAGER software geared towards supply
houses and with particular attention to those who sell
Pipe, Valves, Fittings and Flanges. (Please see our
DISTRIBUTION MANAGER listing). Inventory Control and
Order / Inquiry Processing are especially oriented
towards the complex item descriptions which confound the
product lookup and search facilities of more
"generic" packages. The SB+ versions of
product lookup and Order/Inquiry processing are
optionally mouse driven on the assumption that
"Supply House salesmen don't type". An option
for your customers to dial-in to your system, lookup
product, track inquiries and place their own orders with
a mouse from their PC is also available.
Reportix Report Generator
An advanced interactive report generator system for computers running the PICK system. REPORTIX asks
questions, gives answers and through a series of commands and selection menus, helps guide and assist the non-technical user
through the creation of ACCESS reports. REPORTIX is an enhancement to the ACCESS language for use by both beginners
and seasoned professionals alike.
